Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. To cancel your order, please contact us using the details provided below.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with valid proof such as images or videos.

Return Conditions
Products eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.  We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged or defective. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without proper packaging. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped unless there is a valid issue with the product.

Replacement Option
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on availability.
